By hiring me you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Your privacy is important and I will never look at your files unless necessary to provide the service(s) you have hired me to provide, and only with your permission. All remote sessions are recorded to protect your privacy.

You agree that you will not hold me liable for any damages to your hardware, software, or data due to actions I may take in the process of providing the service(s) you have hired me to provide.

Any hardware or software costs are your responsibility. You are bound by the agreements you make with those vendors when you buy their products and agree that you will not hold me liable for any damage those products may cause to your hardware, software, or data.

If you are unhappy with my work and you let me know within one week I will do my best to fix the problem within 30 days of the original work performed for you, and if you are still not happy I will restore your computer to its previous state and refund your money.

If you require services I am not qualified to perform in good faith I will tell you that and not charge you.

If you have a subscription and I have installed a service call button on your desktop I will respond to your request for service within 24 hours. I still have a full-time job and am not available 24/7 but will do my best to serve you as quickly as possible.
